Park Savoy Hotel, New York

I spent five nights here and was really disappointed overall. While the location was decent, the service was lacking, and the room conditions were not up to par. The absence of amenities and the noisy environment made the stay quite uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
